Partner with Invictus
Invictus welcomes cooperation with civil-society organisations, municipalities, universities, schools, cultural and sports institutions, social enterprises, companies and European networks seeking a capable partner or pilot site in Montenegro.
Roles we can undertake
- Local implementation partner: organising and delivering activities in Berane and northern Montenegro.
- Pilot-site host: helping adapt, test and evaluate a method, service or community model in a real local setting.
- Community-engagement partner: reaching participants, facilitating dialogue and ensuring that target groups influence project design and delivery.
- Institutional connector: bringing relevant municipal bodies, schools, cultural institutions, sports organisations, employers and local NGOs into the work.
- Inclusion and accessibility contributor: strengthening participation by persons with disabilities and other groups facing barriers.
- Communication and dissemination partner: producing local visibility, public events, community stories and stakeholder feedback.
- Replication partner: testing whether an approach developed elsewhere can work in a smaller, rural or mountain-region context.
What we look for in a partnership
We are most useful when Invictus has a substantive role connected to a real local need. We welcome early conversations in which partners can jointly define the target group, intended change, local evidence, activities, responsibilities and resources. We value clear governance, realistic workloads and cooperation that leaves useful capacity in the community after the project ends.
Topics of particular interest
We are open to strong project ideas across our statutory fields, with particular interest in social inclusion, youth, employment, education, sport, culture, rural development, sustainable tourism, digital skills, environmental action, energy efficiency and community innovation.

Please include the programme or call, deadline, project objective, countries or partners already involved, proposed role for Invictus and the expected scale of activities in Montenegro. If the concept is still at an early stage, describe the problem you want to solve and the type of local setting you need.
